District Manager

Position Title : District Manager Healthcare

Location : Greater Baltimore MD Region

Salary : 135-140K (negotiable based on depth of experience)

We are seeking an experienced District Manager / Regional Operations Director to oversee a large hospital system in the Greater Baltimore region. Healthcare Dining Services Director level experience is REQUIRED. Must have senior leaderhip operational experience overseeing multi-site operations that include Patient Dining Services, Retail, Cafe Operations, Catering, and Client Relations.

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an opening for a Dynamic District Manager with a strong Contract Dining Services background who will share and reinforce our culture, values and attributes creating an environment for personal growth, enrichment and career success.

The District Manager's primary role is to serve as a leadership and support resource to General Managers and Food Service Team Members while balancing the needs and goals of our Client-Partners and business goals. The Leadership role is broad, encompassing responsibility for growth of sales, profits and employees in the DM's primary operating area. The District Manager is expected to model The Metz Culinary Management Corporate Values and Employee Attributes in the exercise of his / her responsibilities. There are several key success indicators : sales growth, consistent profitability commensurate with the sales levels and operating conditions and the retention of our most valued stakeholders.

Position Requirements and Qualifications :

• Proven leadership in a similar role with recent experience in multi-site Higher Education Dining setting
• 5-10 years of Industry leadership experience in a strong General Management role with multi-site responsibilities
• Demonstrated Career Professional Growth
• Proven success in Change Management
• Impeccable communication skills
• Polished Client Relation skills to include all levels of Organizational Executive Leadership
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to travel 50% and more when required
