About the Role

The Company is seeking an Academic Director for its Workforce Development site. The successful candidate will have both instructional and management responsibilities, including site supervision of nursing program activities, assisting with the implementation of special projects, and ensuring program compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates for the Academic Director position must hold a valid and active Registered Nursing License, a master's or higher degree in a relevant field, and have a minimum of one year of teaching experience in nursing programs. Additionally, the role requires a minimum of one year of continuous experience as a registered nurse in direct patient care, demonstrated leadership skills, and a commitment to diversity.
