This role is ideal for a provider looking to make a meaningful impact on behavioral health care in underserved areas while enjoying a manageable patient volume and competitive compensation above the Kansas City market average.

Position Highlights :

• Behavioral Health & Medication Management : Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health services at Rural Health Clinics located in Atchison and Hiawatha hospitals.
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) : Work within the IOP programs at each location, leading therapy sessions and providing psychiatric support for patients requiring structured outpatient care.
• Patient Volume : Lower-than-average caseload to ensure high-quality patient care and a balanced work environment.
• Group Therapy & Support : Opportunity to lead or participate in group therapy sessions to foster a supportive treatment environment.
• Collaborative Team : Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
