SUMMARY OF POSITION
SOFFA Electric, a well-established systems integration firm with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a Field Service Technician II that can independently perform mid-level field tasks such as troubleshooting, calibration, instrumentation work, and PLC / SCADA support in water and wastewater facilities. Provides technical assistance and mentors Level 1 technicians.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and calibrate instrumentation and control devices.
- Install and calibrate instrumentation and control devices.

- Support customer training and technical guidance.
- Read and update electrical schematics and P&IDs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND / OR ABILITIES REQUIRED
Experience : 2–5 years of field experience in controls or instrumentation.
Degree : Associate degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Technology, or related discipline.
Certification(s) Required or Must obtain within 3 months : OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification, NFPA 70E Arc Flash Certification, Confined Space Entry Certification, Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) Certification, TWIC Card (if required by client site).
