File Integration Analyst ARAG Legal Services UK

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients concerning EDI guidelines and capabilities.
- Collaborate with departments to provide technical support and troubleshooting for ARAGs file processing during implementation.
- Follow file?processing requirements and implement the exchange of file data supporting benefit platform solutions.
- Communicate with business partners on testing and post?implementation issues to ensure successful data migration.
- Perform data validation, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions with Senior EDI Analyst and Technical Manager, Client Support Services.
- Work closely with Technical Team, Client Support Services, Project Office, IT Operations, and other areas to resolve file?processing errors.
- Participate in client implementation meetings to understand specifications, set up SFTP, and establish electronic transfer procedures.
- Utilize Salesforce to track file changes, implementations, and decisions for successful production rollout.
- Take part in corporate or departmental projects that impact the file process, defining business requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and analyze member reports to identify issues and propose solutions to streamline the file process.
- Monitor enrollment and eligibility files dashboard, resolve data errors, warnings, and trackers.
- Work with clients on open enrollment questionnaires.
- Establish relationships with enrollment technology providers and clients during implementation via conference calls, Teams meetings, and email.
- Represent ARAG positively and be a role model in client interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge
File mapping and inbound file data mapping.Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients and partners.Reporting systems running reports, exporting, and manipulating Excel data.Standard file processes for benefit enrollment and ongoing maintenance.Basic Salesforce knowledge.Employee benefits / insurance knowledge.SFTP setup and documentation processes.Skills

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
3+ years related experience; insurance industry experience a plus.
