Position Type : Full-time / Hourly

Compensation : $27 per hour (eligible for commissions)

• SIGN ON BONUS $3,000
• 20% off on-site housing

We’re currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician to join the team!

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and upkeep of the entire property. Acting as a key liaison between residents and management, you will provide exceptional service and maintain the community's value by conducting thorough assessments and performing necessary repairs. Your role is essential in delivering a high-quality living experience for residents while upholding the standards of the property.
