Senior Director of Business Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Business Operations team, including risk management and developing operating cadences

Serve as a critical adviser to leadership and design instrumentation to assess performance against targets

Create executive-level messaging and presentations for leadership priorities and oversee cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field

15+ years of related experience, including 10+ years in management within a commercial organization

Experience working for publicly held, US-owned, global corporations

Strong Excel, quantitative, and technical skills

Ability to build and sustain high-performing teams
