A respected home health & hospice organization is seeking a Hospice Clinical Director to lead a growing program in Albuquerque.

This is a low-census (20 patients), high-impact leadership role — ideal for a hospice RN leader who values quality, team support, and ethical growth over volume.

Requirements

• Active RN (NM or eligible)
• Hospice clinical experience
• At least 1 year in a hospice leadership role

(Assistant Clinical Director or Clinical Director)

• Strong judgment, communication, and team leadership skills
