Program Director - IDD Services (On-Call)

Location : South Austin, TX (6800 Westgate Blvd)

Salary : $50,000 / year (Salaried)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee IDD services and ensure high-quality, person-centered support for individuals served. This role includes managing a caseload and being on call for emergencies, which are typically handled by phone.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of individualized, person-centered plans focused on health, safety, and personal growth.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Manage day-to-day program operations, caseloads of 30+ individuals, and stakeholder relationships.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Travel to assigned group homes, community meetings, and off-site locations as needed (mileage reimbursed).

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field.

Experience in case management or similar roles strongly preferred due to the demands of carrying a large caseload.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A reliable self-starter who is punctual, accountable, and willing to go the extra mile for the people we serve.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support and guide staff.

Comfortable with an on-call rotation and capable of addressing emergencies.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, car registration, and auto insurance.
