As a Clinic Safety Coordinator / Security , you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors, aligning with our core mission at Pinnacle Treatment Centers.

Compensation :

  • $17.00 / hour - $18.50 / hour

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Current valid driver's license in good standing
  • Localized travel up to 20% may be required

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate degree
  • Two (2) years of security experience in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with de-escalation techniques

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure a safe treatment and working environment
  • Inspect clinic premises for safety, security, and cleanliness
  • Check the parking lot and surroundings for potential threats
  • Conduct hourly walkthroughs of the clinic
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities
  • Facilitate patient and vehicle traffic around the clinic
  • Assist clinic leadership with facility oversight
  • Report emergencies or life-threatening situations immediately
  • Attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions punctually
  • Control crowd flow and ensure general safety
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
  • Participate in safety drills and inspections
  • Engage in crisis management as needed
  • Communicate with the Clinic Manager at the end of shifts
  • Oversee work of third-party contractors around the clinic
  • Provide front office support when necessary
  • Attend team meetings and complete required training timely
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
