As a Clinic Safety Coordinator / Security , you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors, aligning with our core mission at Pinnacle Treatment Centers.
Compensation :
- $17.00 / hour - $18.50 / hour

Associate degreeTwo (2) years of security experience in a healthcare settingFamiliarity with de-escalation techniquesKey Responsibilities :
Ensure a safe treatment and working environmentInspect clinic premises for safety, security, and cleanlinessCheck the parking lot and surroundings for potential threatsConduct hourly walkthroughs of the clinicMonitor and report any suspicious activitiesFacilitate patient and vehicle traffic around the clinicAssist clinic leadership with facility oversightReport emergencies or life-threatening situations immediatelyAttend all scheduled meetings and training sessions punctuallyControl crowd flow and ensure general safetyStay updated on relevant laws and regulationsParticipate in safety drills and inspectionsEngage in crisis management as neededCommunicate with the Clinic Manager at the end of shiftsOversee work of third-party contractors around the clinicProvide front office support when necessaryAttend team meetings and complete required training timelyPerform other related duties as assignedBecome part of our mission.
