Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote Position)- Full Time

Healthy Minds Healthy Hearts (HMHH) is a burgeoning Private Practice seeking a licensed therapist to augment our virtual team. In this pivotal role, you'll assess and address diverse mental, behavioral, and emotional challenges through tailored therapeutic approaches, ensuring each client progresses towards their mental and emotional health goals. The scope encompasses individual, family, and group therapy sessions conducted primarily via Telehealth. An ideal candidate boasts robust experience in mental health, holds a master's degree with a current board-approved license, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills crucial for fostering deep trust and rapport with clients. Requirements

• Educational Requirement : Master's degree from an accredited College or University.
• Licensing : Valid professional license in MD / NC, inclusive of LCPC, LCSW-C, LCSW, LMSW, LGSW, LCSWA, LGPC, LMFT, LCMFT.
• Insurance : Must hold professional liability insurance.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years providing direct mental health services in individual, family, couples, or group settings.
• Work Ethic & Attitude : Self-sufficient with a positive attitude, and an innate drive for assisting a diverse range of clients.

Service Commitment : Ability to cater to a minimum of 13 clients weekly for part-time roles and over 20 clients for full-time roles.
