Project Cost Controller

A company is looking for a Project Cost Controller to track and manage project costs.

Key Responsibilities

Track and control costs associated with one or more projects

Ensure adherence to project controls requirements as per engineering and construction contracts

Forecast project costs based on project schedules and cost management activities

Required Qualifications

Experience in project cost control activities on large-scale construction projects or a large portfolio of projects

Understanding of engineering and construction contracts

Proficiency in basic computing skills and Excel spreadsheets

Higher education in construction / project management, engineering, business, accounting, or finance

Certifications from PMI or AACE are advantageous
