We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will support various healthcare-related administrative functions, ensuring seamless coordination and organization across multiple tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and contracts effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage large groups of physician members across different time zones.
- Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation.
- Oversee the gathering and routing of contracts through digital platforms such as DocuSign.
- Provide administrative support for highly technical medical projects.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all documentation and data entry.
- Manage inbound calls and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Draft, review, and process customer contracts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of administrative tasks.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Support overall office operations with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
- Proficiency in handling contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and routing.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and coordinate meetings effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and other digital platforms for contract management.
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
