About Nourish

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine : working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but 1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.

Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Manager , you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our most important growth channels, Paid Social. You’ll operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, running high-impact experiments, uncovering performance insights, and helping us scale a mission-critical growth engine. You’ll report to our Director of Growth and work closely with peers across Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Product. This is a great opportunity to fully own channel strategy and execution and drive the growth of the business. This role is full-time and based in NYC (in-person 3–4 days / week, with some remote flexibility) or San Francisco, Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of Paid Social : drive efficient growth on these channels end-to-end, including setting strategy, capital allocation decisions, launching experiments, and data-driven optimizations.
  • Lead strategic analysis and problem-solving : identify growth opportunities, design and execute analyses to understand what’s working, and translate insights into clear next steps.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive performance : work with Creative, Influencer, Analytics, Product to ensure the best ads and learn from every dollar spent.
  • Own reporting, pacing, and forecasting : build and maintain channel-level performance reports that inform company-wide decisions and help hit goals.
  • Drive experimentation and learning : build a roadmap of high-impact tests across targeting, creative, and budget strategy, and lead execution to improve customer acquisition and efficiency.

You’re a Great Fit If You

  • Have 3-4 years of paid social media buying experience (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Are data-driven with the ability to solve problems using data and identify performance trends; approach problems with first-principles thinking and a strategic lens.
  • Are creative with strong instincts for what works in paid ads.
  • Are a fast learner who ramps up quickly in unfamiliar domains, naturally curious, and self-directed.
  • Are a collaborative problem-solver who communicates clearly across disciplines including creative, technical, and analytical stakeholders.
  • Are detail-oriented and methodical in structuring tests, reviewing data, or QAing systems.
  • Are scrappy, action-oriented, and self-motivated, excited to work on both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments where priorities shift.
