Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of support and administrative tasks and projects in support of the Bank's People, Culture and Communications (PCC) team. Administrative Assistant provides flexible administrative support across multiple teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role includes managing meeting logistics, coordinating catering services, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years in administrative support or office coordination. Experience with event or catering coordination is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
