Guidepost Montessori is now hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our mission to dramatically increase the accessibility of authentic Montessori education in beautiful Longmont, Colorado.

Are you a passionate, Montessori-trained teacher? Are you an experienced childcare professional, who has worked in childcare or early childhood education and want to explore the beauty of Montessori? In this role, you'll create and lead a model classroom. Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well in the prepared environment. You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique.

• Have received a Montessori Diploma/Certificate or are interested in pursuing one
• Obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Early Childhood Education preferred)
• Have experience with the appropriate age group
• Help a child by giving them the tools to be successful independently
