Role Overview

Start with several weeks of paid, side-by-side field training, then graduate to operating your own fully stocked service vehicle. You'll follow our proven repair process to make damage "disappear," delighting property managers, construction crews, and hospitality clients across the territory.

Core Responsibilities

1. Perform spot repairs on a wide variety of hard surfaces, following our step-by-step methods with fanatical consistency and detail.
2. Deliver enthusiastic, professional servicearrive on time, communicate clearly, and uphold the brand's reputation for honesty and integrity.
3. Leverage team chat and coaching, sharing photos or questions to troubleshoot in real time and contribute to collective learning.
4. Document every job (photos, materials, notes) to maintain quality, accountability, and accurate billing.
5. Maintain your van, tools, and materials so you're always ready for the next call.
6. Pursue continuous self-improvement, practicing new color-matching and texture techniques as our materials and methods evolve.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for color, pattern, and minute detail; artistic or paint/finish background a plus.
• Steady hands and comfort with basic hand tools (we teach the rest).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliability, integrity, and a mindset that values reputation over shortcuts.
• 1-3 yrs experience in a job providing a service to customers.
