[job_card.job_description]Develop, implement, and maintain AS9100 compliant quality management systems Conduct regular internal audits to verify AS9100 compliance Prepare documentation and evidence for external AS9100 certification audits Stay updated on changes to AS9100 standards and implement necessary adjustments Quality Management System (QMS) : Ensure QMS documentation is current, accessible, and followed by all relevant personnel Train employees on QMS procedures and best practices Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and implement corrective actions as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes throughout the organization Audits : Prepare for and support external audits by customers, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies Develop audit schedules, checklists, and reports Identify non-conformances and areas for improvement during audits Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions Supplier Quality Management : Conduct supplier audits and assessments Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement programs Collaborate with procurement to ensure supplier contracts include appropriate quality clauses Continuous Improvement : Lead quality improvement initiatives and projects Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Analyze quality data and metrics to drive decision-making Regulatory Compliance : Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company during inspections
