We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Software Implementation team to help us welcome and onboard new clients

Summary of Role & Responsibilities

Are you highly detail-oriented and known for not missing an email or a deadline Do you love learning new technology and teaching clients how to use it Are you a strong communicator and collaborator adept at managing multiple stakeholders If so this role may be a strong fit for you.

The Project Manager plays a critical role in software implementations and is responsible for :

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for each software implementation project
• Monitoring and updating internal project management hubs (ex : Jira & Basecamp)
• Communicating with clients about project expectations timelines and upcoming deliverables
• Learning the Vision CAMA solution and teaching it to clients during onsite & remote training sessions
• Capturing detailed conversion feedback from clients and translating it for Business Analysts who will be completing the associated conversion work
• Driving project process improvements to enhance speed and quality
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables until successfully complete

Compensation & Benefits Package : Vision offers health dental and vision plans as well as a 401(k)-matching program. Compensation range is $70-$100k.

Job Type : Full-time

Work Location : Remote with occasional (approximately 20%) travel.
