We are seeking qualified Quality Engineering candidates to work within some of the best product teams in our industry. HBB's product teams are responsible for providing innovative products and supporting them throughout the product life cycle. This Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring and improving product functional quality and consumer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of this position include :

• Work with product development teams to establish and communicate quality specifications, drive continuous improvements, and consumer satisfaction for new and existing products
• Use quality tools along with engineering knowledge and skills to identify root causes of problems, determine corrective and preventative actions, improve quality of product designs, and reduce returns.
• Work with manufacturers and HBB Quality staff in China to implement product quality improvements
• Travel to China as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
