North State Security Group is seeking dependable and professional

  • Unarmed Security Officers
  • for full-time positions. This role is for applicants who already hold an active and valid Guard Card and are ready to work in a structured, professional security environment.
  • Important :
  • Only applicants with an active and valid Guard Card will be considered.

  • Job Summary :

    • The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by providing a visible security presence, conducting patrols, monitoring activity, and enforcing company policies and post orders.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Conduct foot patrols
  • Maintain a visible and professional security presence
  • Monitor property for suspicious activity and safety hazards
  • Enforce site rules, post orders, and company policies
  • Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
  • Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
  • Interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public
  • Requirements :
  • Active and valid Guard Card required (no exceptions)
  • Must meet all state requirements for unarmed security officers
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must pass background screening, drug test, and any client-specific checks
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • Prior unarmed security experience
  • Customer service or access control experience
  • Familiarity with report writing and patrol procedures
