Customer Service Rep - Assistant Manager

This position offers a competitive base pay of $20 – $23 per hour plus performance-based pay.

This is a full-time, in-office role. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm , giving you a consistent weekday routine.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a Customer Service Rep - Assistant Manager, you will begin your day by answering phones and delivering excellent service to our customers. You'll coordinate dispatching for HVAC services, manage warranties, and handle ordering for supplies. Administrative responsibilities will keep you organized, and at the end of each business day, you'll close the office to ensure all operations are wrapped up smoothly. Each day, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our customers and the efficiency of our office.
