Seasonal Creative Director

A company is looking for a Seasonal Creative Director (Freelance / Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee production of ads from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring timely and budget-compliant creative deliverables

Provide creative feedback and assess client feedback for feasibility regarding budget and deadlines

Assign projects to a team of designers and freelancers while monitoring their availability and managing the hiring process for additional talent

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience as a creative director or video producer, preferably in political design and advertising

Experience producing digital ads across various platforms and formats, including live action and motion graphics

Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment

Familiarity with digital advertising best practices and project management software like Asana

Passion for innovative political advertising and commitment to supporting Democratic causes
