A company is looking for a Diligence QC Analyst II (Full-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Quality Control examinations of loan reviews and provide feedback to Loan Review Analysts
Ensure regulatory compliance for reviewed loans and escalate error trends to management
Develop expertise in client guidelines and assist with loan review system testing and enhancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
Strong understanding of condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements
Knowledge of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
Experience with second level reviews and performance management
Bachelor's degree preferred
