You will :
- Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and rebuild a variety of large pumps (horizontal and vertical).
- Interpret blueprints / schematics and construct the necessary foundations or fixtures for assembly / disassembly.
- Operate manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools safely and effectively.
- Measure with M&TE (micrometers, calipers, etc..) and other gauges to verify tolerances.
- Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.
- Use overhead cranes and forklifts to move and position heavy components.
You bring :
High school diploma or equivalent.7+ years of hands-on experience as a pump mechanic or related rotating equipment role.Competency with hand tools (wrenches, impact guns) and powered equipment.Overhead crane and forklift operation experience.Ability to read / understand inspection tools and documentation.Strong verbal and written communication; manual dexterity and control precision.Critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Tools & Machinery on the Floor

The environmental characteristic for this position is an industrial setting with large machinery, overhead cranes, trucks and forklifts. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional warehouse environment.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay : $27.00 - $34.00 per hour, with a premium for 2nd shift based on skills and experience.Expected hours : 40 per week.Schedule : 8 hour shift.Job Type : Full-time; Work Location : In person.Where You’ll Work
