We are looking for a Services Technician to deliver on-site evaluations of our customers’ existing equipment, stock, and safety requirements. The core focus of this role is to assess the installed base at customer facilities and develop tailored solutions that optimize performance and align with their business goals. This position also involves performing VFD startups and other industrial services that support the needs of Fromm’s customer network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations of existing equipment and systems using data collection tools in industrial manufacturing settings.
• Assess and document customer lockout / tagout policies, procedures, and compliance practices.
• Manage and monitor customer storeroom inventory during service visits to ensure asset accuracy and availability.
• Apply deep knowledge of Rockwell Automation products and relevant manufacturing technologies during service execution.
• Represent Fromm Electric Supply professionally while servicing critical customer machinery and applications.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at customer facilities.
