EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a top 50 CPA firm in search of a Tax Principal in Melville, New York. They are seeking a seasoned tax professional ready to step into a Principal role—an opportunity to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, review work, and ensure service excellence
• Drive revenue through marketing, referrals, and business development
• Coach and mentor team members, oversee performance reviews
• Cultivate new and existing client and referral relationships
• Represent the firm in the community through public speaking and involvement
• Champion firm culture, continuous learning, and specialization
