Warehouse Operations Manager

It is the responsibility of the Manager Warehouse Ops to manage various departments in the warehouse, but not limited to, new generation, decorating, and drapes. Track inventory usage and determine replacement requirements. Motivate, communicate, and promote teamwork / positive attitudes between all personnel, departments, and customers. Professionally interact with customers, team members, and third-party vendor / partner relationships to provide the highest level of customer service. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and / or show-site based out of Atlanta, GA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required. One to two (1-2) years of related warehouse and furniture operations experience. Three to five (3 -5) years of supervisory experience. Proven managerial experience in personnel matters such as documentation, reports, disciplinary reports, etc. Bilingual in Vietnamese and English preferred. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
