You will join a well-established, multispecialty ophthalmic practice. You will gain an existing robust practice and have the ability to immediately build a busy schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity for new graduates and experienced Optometrists alike. • Optometry residency required
• Average 20 patients per day (structured schedule ramp)
• Cover 1 clinic in Bedford
• MD / OD co-management model
• In-house optical
• Net add due to growth / demand from community

• Strong base salary (DOE) + net collections bonus
