This is an entry level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers./ppstrongNo prior experience needed./strong We provide on-the-job training where you will learn how to:/pulliInstall energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters/liliPerform minor repairs to include windows and doors/liliAssist with loading and unloading work trucks/liliAssist with keeping the job site organized and safe/liliAssist with job site set up and tear down/li/ulpstrongPhysical Demands/Requirements/strong/pulliAble to work in different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather/liliSit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time/liliCrawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday/liliUse repetitive hand motion use of basic hand and power tools/liliUse of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)/liliLift, carry or push up to 50 pounds as needed/li/ulpstrongTarget Compensation:/strong/pp$22.00 - $26.00 based on experience/ppstrongCompensation Range/strong $18.85 - $24.80/ppstrongCurrency/strong USD/ppstrongType/strong Hourly/ppAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicants skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
