We're seeking an Implementation Team Lead to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will manage a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work while fostering a customer-first mindset. You will be a key member of a project management team tasked with defining the strategies for project execution across all projects in order to exceed revenue, utilization, quality, and other organizational KPIs. This is a remote position based in US or Canada, with travel required to client sites across North America (up to 25% of the time).

What You'll Do (People Management)

• Define team and individual goals, training plans, and career development objectives
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to monitor progress and support their growth
• Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews for your team members
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide personal and team training
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and effective ramping of new team members
• Review project progress weekly with the portfolio management team and project teams to ensure milestones, quality standards, and risk mitigation
• Perform regular project quality audits
• Contribute to SpryPoint best practices, lessons learned and project documentation improvements
