Metric Search is now working with an air compressor and vacuum pump

Service Manager :
The Service Manager is in charge of managing all service personnel, including field technicians, admin, and coordinators. It’s an exciting opportunity to lead the growth of an expanding branch whilst leaving a footprint on the culture and performance.
Key responsibilities :
- Effectively manage the team to achieve optimum performance and efficiency
- Evaluate current processes and performance
- Implement necessary changes to improve the service department
- Hire and grow a team of field and shop technicians
- Be an integral part of leading growth at an expanding growth
