Inpatient, Outpatient, Clinic and Call -4 Providers needed.

DESCRIPTION:

· 4 GI Locum positions open, please indicate which position you prefer or a combination:

• I npatient - M-F 7a-5p, Night Call 5p-7a, Weekend call with roundingHospital RoundingHospital ConsultsConscious sedation required.Emergent procedures including GI bleeding, food boluses, foreign bodies, abdominal pain.5-6 outpatient procedures to round out the day.
• Outpatient - UH Endo Lab 7a-4p, or Fairview Endo Lab 7a-4p12-14 scopes per day Mixed EGD and colonoscopy
• Advanced GI - Half day clinic half day scoping Most general GI procedures Clinic - 4-hour block

Preference is to have Inpatient covered 7 in a row both days and nights, but we are open to any combination of the above.

Some weeks we may have 2 locums on site and on those weeks, they may do every other night call, or one may do it that week and the other the next week.

• Adult - 100%
• Average PPD: 12, maybe 12 add-ons some days
• 3 other GI docs and 3 GI mid-levels
• No supervising
• Lab/X-ray onsite
• EMR - Cerner and Endo Vault
• Priv's 30-120 days (temps' avail on clean file)
• 500 bed hospital
• Trauma level 2

REQUIRED:

• MO license required.
• ACLS required.
• BC/BE Gastroenterology

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
