What You Will Do

Industrialize New ECF Products

• Design and launch ECF (engineered composite foam) production processes from concept through start of production
• Develop process flows, layouts, equipment specs, tooling requirements, and launch timelines
• Lead equipment commissioning and validate production readiness
• Build clear work instructions and SOPs that drive safe, consistent performance

Own the Process on the Floor

Drive Innovation in Composite Foam Manufacturing

Lead Continuous Improvement & VAVE

Ensure Automotive-Level Quality & Compliance

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Materials, or related)

3–7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience

Experience with foam, composites, plastics, or chemically driven manufacturing processes preferred

Proven experience industrializing products from design through launch

Working knowledge of Lean, VAVE, root cause problem solving

Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PFMEA, and control plans

Ability to travel up to 20% for launches and trials
