We're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our growing sales teams across all locations. Whether you're new to automotive sales or an experienced consultant, you'll thrive in our supportive, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

1. Greet and assist customers online, over the phone, and in-store in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Understand customer needs and guide them through the buying process transparently and confidently.
3. Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
4. Work with management and F&I to ensure a seamless sales experience.
5. Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for repeat/referral business.
6. Stay current on manufacturer programs, inventory, and incentives.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred, but not required we train the right people!
