[job_card.job_description]Review and respond to customer and management concerns, including technical questions Maintain an ISO & 5S discipline throughout the shop Maintain ISO 9001 : 2015 accreditation for the quality management system Pursue IATF 16949 and A2LA ISO / IEC 17025 Accreditation Implement Continuous Improvement programs Establish quality acceptance criteria. Generate Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions Promote a culture of quality awareness Collect and summarize data and reports for audits Develop part files for management based on the Incoming Orders Complete action list items Track problems, issues, and projects (this requires being on floor)

Position Summary :
The scope of the Quality Manager position encompasses the quality activities associated with production and maintenance, including maintaining ISO disciplines within the management system via audits and Management Review meetings.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field / similar position
- Bilingual is preferred but not required English and Spanish
- Familiarity with NADCAP, ISO 13485, ITAR
