Payroll Specialist
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate payroll processing and benefits administration for a large, multi-state workforce. If you are detail-oriented, self-driven, and thrive in a dynamic setting, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for up to 2,000 employees across 20 facilities in multiple states.
- Manage ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations, including garnishments, bonuses, merit increases, and pay card processing.
- Handle payroll taxes , compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Administer benefits and maintain accurate employee records.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting.
