Location : Des Moines, Iowa

Seeking experienced Commercial Carpenter to specialize in remodel work for a variety of projects including healthcare facilities, education institutions, military buildings, and state and federal projects. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set in carpentry, from basic to advanced tasks, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include accurately measuring and cutting materials, installing trim, cabinets, doors, hardware, and assisting with flooring installation.

Weekly hours : Monday - Friday / 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30-4 : 30 PM. Fully Onsite position

Skills :

• 2+ years of commercial carpentry experience
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools / saws
• Ability to read a tape measure and cut materials to specification
• Skilled in base and case, metal stud layout and framing

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
