You’re equally comfortable using a drone as you are editing in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a related field.

Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (experience with Canva and After Effects is a plus).

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition to create impactful and engaging videos.

Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into polished, professional-quality content.

Familiarity with creating content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.

Exceptional attention to detail—you catch things others miss and ensure every frame looks its best.

Ability to accept constructive feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining a collaborative approach.

Experience with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics is a bonus.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

A passion for regenerative practices, sustainability, and education, reflected in your work.

Creative problem-solving skills—you thrive on creating something extraordinary, even with limited resources.
