Position-BI Lead

Location-Torrance CA (ONSITE)

Job Description

• Business Intelligent Lead the design development and implementation of end-to-end BI solutions on AWS.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines data lakes and data warehouses using AWS services such as Redshift Glue Athena S3 Lambda and Quicksight.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define BI strategy KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain robust ETLELT processes to ensure data quality accuracy and availability.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to deliver insights to business users.
• Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure security compliance and governance standards for all BI and data assets.
• Continuously evaluate new AWS and BI technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
