Accounts Payable Clerk (Hybrid Remote - Buffalo, NY)

Pay : $24-$29 / hr (based on experience)

Schedule : M-F 8 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (flexible)

Start Date : Targeting early December

We're a growing e-commerce company that provides high-quality event and recreational equipment to customers nationwide. Our small, collaborative team values accuracy, communication, and a positive work culture. This position is mostly remote, but candidates must be local to Buffalo, NY for occasional check runs.

Responsibilities :

• Process and verify vendor invoices daily
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payments by check and credit card
• Maintain organized records and support month-end closing
• Communicate with vendors on payment status and inquiries
