  • ENSURE THAT ALL FOOD IS BEING PROPERLY HANDLED, PREPARRED AND STORED. (IF NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.)
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR ADHERING TO SCHEDULE
