CBRE VAS Property Tax Director

As a CBRE VAS Property Tax Director, you will manage the property tax services required for clients in their office location or specialty field. This job is part of the Valuation function. They are responsible for inspecting and determining the values of land, property, and businesses.

What You'll Do :

• Ensure all property tax appeals are prosecuted timely and efficiently, completed accurately, and within the laws of the state.
• Implements critical initiatives to meet the objectives of the office.
• Responsible for profit and loss and budgeting for the office or specialty.
• Develop and implement practice policies and procedures to increase operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate and lead a local office / specialty and depending on the size could be between 2-10 people.
• Provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.
• Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, mentoring, and motivating team members in the office / specialty.
• Model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine the compensation structure for this role, including a candidate's education, training, licensing, skills and experience. The minimum base salary for the VAS Property Tax Director position is $140,000.00 annually and the maximum base salary for the VAS Property Tax Director position is $165,000.00 annually. The compensation potential that a successful candidate can receive will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, performance, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
