HILTON GARDEN INN SEATTLE NORTH / EVERETT is currently seeking a Chief Engineer / Facility Maintenance Manager

The Chief Engineer is responsible for operating and maintaining the property's exterior and interior facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, general equipment, and Brand Life safety programs including preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, hotel security in this position. Providing Guests with a Warm service and living our Brand's values is key for this position.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining the entire hotel facility including physical building structure, grounds, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment

Complete other duties assigned from General Manager.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED required OR 5 years related experience and or training

Hotel Experience with a compatible HOTEL required for at least 1 Year or more.

Must be highly motivated and a self starter leading the team by setting example.
