Role : Automation Specialist QA
Experience Required : 10 15 years
Location : Hartford CT
Requirements :
At least 10 years of experience in test automation
Strong skills in Robot Framework and Python
Experience with web automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium plus API testing
Familiarity with CI / CD integration using Jenkins or Azure DevOps
Knowledge of BDD and TDD methodologies
Hands-on experience with in-sprint QE models within Agile / Scrum environments
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
Nice to Have :
Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot or AWS Q for test automation
Proficiency with Browser Library for Robot Framework
Background in healthcare or insurance domains
Key Responsibilities :
Design automation frameworks using BDD / TDD approaches
Develop and test automated solutions
Lead automation strategies during sprint cycles
Mentor team members and conduct code reviews
Integrate solutions with CI / CD pipelines
Collaborate within Agile development teams
Soft Skills :
Strong communication and presentation skills
Effective team player

Bachelors degree required
