[job_card.job_description]Full-Time position with an FTE of 0.9, totaling 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift : Days Compensation : $50.00 per hour with a travel package / stipend available Local RN Traveler contract options for those residing within 75 miles Commit to 13-week assignments with opportunities for extensions Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges At least 1 year of nursing experience ACLS certification BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, with card in-hand before the start date Deliver direct patient care utilizing top-scope nursing practices Embrace a multidisciplinary approach for exceptional patient outcomes Focus on patient wellness through evidence-based practices Mentor new healthcare professionals and precept newcomers to UCHealth Welcome new knowledge and innovation in a fast-paced clinical environment Ensure quality care and safety at every patient encounter Provide direct care in Intensive Care Units (ICU) or Progressive Care Units (PCU) within a complex technical environment Utilize AACN's Synergy Model alongside specialty certification standards to drive evidence-based care in ICU and PCU settings Medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible dependents 403(b) with employer-matching contributions Generous time away including paid time off (PTO) and paid family medical leave Employer-paid basic life and accident coverage options Short-term and long-term disability coverage Wellness benefits Flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, and more voluntary benefits Education benefits with options for tuition assistance
