WordPress Developer Team Lead

As the WordPress Developer Team Lead at Go Local Interactive, you will lead a team of entry-level and mid-level WordPress Developers responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting client websites across our core verticals. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with a strong technical foundation in WordPress and front-end technologies, who is also passionate about mentoring others, optimizing development processes, and improving team efficiency.

You will serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues, facilitate training and development, and work closely with other team leads, project managers, and stakeholders to align deliverables with GLI's business objectives and product strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines project work, code reviews, team mentorship, and strategic planning.
