Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable, quality-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our progressively growing team. City View Towers is comprised of 430 apartment homes for SENIORS. We are looking for a reliable team member who is willing to uphold our community to the highest standards.

The Front Desk Concierge reports directly to the Community Director of the community. It is essential that the Concierge report to work at his/her scheduled work hours. The Concierge must be to walk the property, including stairs, on a regular and as-needed basis in order to perform his/her job duties.

We have multiple part-time openings, varying shifts.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of guests, employees and company assets through constant patrol and observation of all assigned areas and reporting activities in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.
• Promote positive and courteous public relations to all tenants, visitors and guests.
• Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guest and company assets; monitor visitor activities.
• Gain and maintain proficiency with life safety system and central security panel of buildings.
• Prepares reports based upon observations, information and occurrences to ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
• Communicate with Community Director on safety issues.
• Tour properties and monitor building operations.
• Maintain daily logs and shift reports.
• Adhere to Security Policies and Procedures manual.
• All other duties as assigned.
