As a Machine Learning Engineer Lead - Vice President in Wholesale Payments, you will be engaged to design, implement and deploy high quality solutions for the complex business problems we face at JPMorgan. We need your help in productionizing image extraction, natural language processing and other state of the art approaches to deliver commercially impactful solutions to the businesses we support. You will be called upon to draw from your software engineering experience to deliver intelligent and practical algorithms. Responsible for mission-critical solutions, you must have a deep understanding of the design patterns, Python programming and cloud infrastructure.

Job responsibilities

• Engaging with supported businesses to fully understand our problems in order to drive practical and successful solutions
• Writing clean and performant code
• Championing modern SDLC processes
• Implementing AI / ML services and deploying them to the cloud
• Applying techniques such as data / text mining, document analysis, image / text classification, image processing and OCR
• Designing and implementing data pipelines to facilitate ML training

Analyzing and evaluating the ongoing performance of developed models
