Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of Lead Generation Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management

Implement process improvements and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities

Conduct research on prospects and manage lead qualification and handoff to appropriate associates

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of relevant experience

1+ years of supervisory experience
